Examples of EPTL in a sentence

  • In addition to any powers that may be conferred upon the Trustee under the law of the State of New York in effect during the life of this Trust, the Settlor hereby confers upon the Trustee all those discretionary powers mentioned in Section 11 of the E.P.T.L. or similar statute or statutes governing the discretion of Trustees so as to confer upon the Trustees the broadest possible powers available for the management of the trust assets.
