The NRC and EPRI are parties to that Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperative Nuclear Safety Research (the MOU, found under Enclosure 1).
The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail, notwithstanding any variance with any purchase order or other written instrument submitted by LICENSEE, whether formally rejected by EPRI or not.
