EPP Schedule definition
EPP Schedule means the schedule submitted to Investor by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ at ------------ least five (5) business days prior to the Closing, which schedule shall set forth the lump sum amount of the EPP Liability that will be payable to each EPP Participant as of the completion of the Closing.
