EPK definition

EPK has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
EPK means EPK Financial Corporation d/b/a/ King Trade Capital.

Examples of EPK in a sentence

  • EPK recordings may also be used by third parties such as tourist boards and government agencies to promote the venue or city in which the concert(s) will take place.

  • EPK recordings shall not be used for the evaluation of the performance of any musician.

  • The recorded excerpts used in the EPK must not include any musical piece in its entirety, however short, and will have a maximum duration in aggregate of 10 minutes.

  • However, the Employer is not permitted to use a complete tune or more than two (2) minutes from a single tune in an EPK.

  • Payments returned to EPK & Associates (for non-sufficient funds, stop payment etc.) must be replaced with guaranteed funds (i.e. Cashier’s check, money order, cash) before the expiration of the 30-day grace period.
