Examples of EPIA in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between the EPIA and this Agreement, the terms in the EPIA shall prevail.

  • This Agreement and the EPIA set forth the entire agreement between the Employee and the Company and replace all prior and contemporaneous communications, agreements and understandings, written or oral, with respect to the terms and conditions of the Employee’s employment.

  • Arbitration shall be the sole, exclusive and final remedy for any dispute (with the sole exception of those disputes that may arise from the EPIA, which shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth therein) between Executive and the Company.
