EPF Members. Investment Scheme” means the Investment schemes approved by the Minister charged with responsibility for matters relating to the Employees Provident Fund Board, subject to such terms and conditions as he thinks fit, which the Employees Provident Fund Board may, subject to any regulations and rules made under the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991, authorize an application for investment, made by a member of the EPF, partly any amount standing to the credit of such member of the EPF;
