EPECO definition
EPECO means the Borrower’s establishment for the production and management of water distribution in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (Etablissement de Production, de Gestion et de Distribution d’Eau ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇), a public authority established pursuant to Decree No. 92-100 of the Borrower, dated March 3, 1992, as the same may be amended from time to time;"
