EPCIC Agreement definition
EPCIC Agreement means the amended and restated contract between the Charterer and the EPCIC Contractor dated 17 October 2012 for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the Project pipeline system on a turn-key, lump sum basis.
EPCIC Agreement means the agreement of that title between Company and Rekayasa as amended and restated by the parties on the date of this agreement, in connection with the engineering, construction, installation or commissioning of the pipeline that joins the Mooring, and onshore receiving and related facilities.
EPCIC Agreement means the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning agreement dated 2 March 2018 relating to the Company’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇ project, offshore Israel, between the Company and various affiliates of Technip, as amended and restated;
