EPCIC Agreement definition

EPCIC Agreement means the amended and restated contract between the Charterer and the EPCIC Contractor dated 17 October 2012 for the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the Project pipeline system on a turn-key, lump sum basis.

EPCIC Agreement means the agreement of that title between Company and Rekayasa as amended and restated by the parties on the date of this agreement, in connection with the engineering, construction, installation or commissioning of the pipeline that joins the Mooring, and onshore receiving and related facilities.

Related to EPCIC Agreement

  • ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Agreement means that certain Contingent Stock Agreement, effective as of January 1, 1996, by The ▇▇▇▇▇ Company in favor of and for the benefit of the Holders (named in Schedule I thereto) and the Representatives (therein defined), as amended.

  • Employment Agreement means each management, employment, severance, consulting, relocation, repatriation, expatriation, visas, work permit or other agreement, or contract between the Company or any Affiliate and any Employee.

  • Severance Agreement means the Key Executive Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the parties, as it may be amended from time to time, that provides for certain benefits related to termination of the Executive’s employment that are unrelated to a Change of Control.

  • Existing Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.
