border crossing point means any crossing-point authorised by the competent authorities for the crossing of external borders;
CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO-Approved Meter.
Global warming potential means how much a given mass of a chemical contributes to global warming over a given time period compared to the same mass of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide's global warming potential is defined as 1.0.
CDSX means the settlement and clearing system of CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. for equity and debt securities in Canada;
AIFM means the person, firm or corporation appointed and from time to time acting as the alternative investment fund manager of the ICAV (if any) pursuant to the AIFM Regulations, which may be the ICAV itself, the Investment Manager or another service provider to the ICAV.
AIFMD means (a) Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers and amending Directives 2003/41/EC and 2009/65/EC and Regulations (EC) No. 1060/2009 and (EU) No. 1095/2010, as the same may be amended, supplemented, superseded or re-adopted from time to time (whether with or without qualification) and (b) any applicable law of a member state of the European Union implementing the AIFMD.
