EPC Order definition
EPC Order means the order issued by KSEB Ltd. to the Contractor listing the location and other details of Solar Plant/Solar Plants to be constructed, operated and maintained by the Contractor. The EPC orders will be issued based on the selection of contractor from the empanelled list by the consumer.
