EPC NTP definition

EPC NTP means, with respect to the EPC Agreement, the issuance of a notice to proceed by DVSL to the EPC Contractor triggering commencement of the full scope of work under the EPC Agreement.

  • NTP means Notice to Proceed.

  • EPC Agreement means an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement by and between Seller and the EPC Contractor, in the form of Exhibit E.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
