EPC Agreements definition

EPC Agreements means this Agreement, the Phase 1 EPC Agreement, the Phase 3 EPC Agreement and the Phase 4 EPC Agreement, and “EPC Agreement” means any one of them. For the avoidance of doubt, “other EPC Agreement” means an EPC Agreement other than this Agreement.
EPC Agreements has the meaning assigned to such term in the OpCo Senior Credit Agreement.
EPC Agreements means the CTCI EPC Agreement, the Gas Pipeline EPC Agreement, the Haldor Engineering Agreement and the H&H EPC Agreement.

EPC Agreements are the General Contractor Agreement concluded between M+W Zxxxxx XX GmbH and the Borrower on 13 December 2005 and 5 January 2006, the two contracts on the delivery of technical installations concluded between VON ARDENNE Anlagentechnik GmbH and the “Borrower”/“FS LLC” on 31 March 2006, the contract on the delivery of technical installations concluded between Cincinnati Machine LLC and the “Borrower” on 16 February 2006 and the contract on the delivery of technical installations concluded between NPC Corporation and the “Borrower” on 15 February 2006;
EPC Agreements means (i) that certain Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement dated as of April 8, 2008, as amended from time to time, with the Vogtle Owners, and (ii) that certain Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement dated as of May 23, 2008, as amended from time to time, with the VC Summer Owners.
EPC Agreements means the EPC Contract and the EPC Guarantee.
EPC Agreements and “EPC Agreement” shall have the respective meanings given on Schedule 1.1B of this Agreement.
