EPA Order definition

EPA Order means the Emergency Administrative Order dated January 21, 2016, amended on November 17, 2016, In re: City of Flint, Michigan; Michigan Department of Environmental Quality; and the State of Michigan, incorporated by reference in this Agreement and attached as Exhibits A and B;
EPA Order means the May 13, 2021, EPA Clean Air Act Emergency Order; “Effective Date” means the definition provided in Section XIV.

  • EPA’s limitations on staff involvement with grant applicants are described in EPA’s Assistance Agreement Competition Policy (EPA Order 5700.5A1).

  • The recipient further agrees to comply with EPA’s procedures for oversight of the recipient’s compliance with 40 CFR 26, as given in EPA Order 1000.17 Change A1 (Policy and Procedures on Protection of Human Research Subjects in EPA Conducted or Supported Research).

  • Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;

  • Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.

  • Disclosure Statement Approval Order means the Final Order approving, among other things, the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement pursuant to section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Prescription drug order means an original or new order from a practitioner for drugs, drug-related devices or treatment for a human or animal, including orders issued through collaborative care agreements.   • Bond Order or "Order" means this Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.

  • Submitted Sell Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
