EOP or EAP Deferrals definition
EOP or EAP Deferrals means Performance Units, Restricted Share Units, or Equity Awards under the EOP or EAP for which a System Management Participant has made an effective Deferral Election in accordance with the terms and conditions of the EOP or EAP, as applicable, and with respect to which the System Management Participant makes a subsequent election to have such deferred Performance Units, Restricted Share Units, or other Equity Awards deferred under and deemed invested in one or more Investment Funds under this Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 4.04 of this Plan. Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, Performance Units, Restricted Share Units, or other Equity Awards shall not be eligible "EOP or EAP Deferrals" unless specifically authorized by the Senior Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration. In addition, deferred gains from the exercise of stock options under the EOP or EAP shall not be "EOP or EAP Deferrals."
