EOH definition

EOH means the number of hours of operation equivalent to continuous loading at rated capacity, including actual operating hours adjusted for loading plus a set number of equivalent hours for each start/stop, rapid start/stop, water/steam injection, and all other adjustments pursuant to this Agreement all as set forth in Appendix H.
EOH means EOH Holdings Limited, public company registered in accordance with the laws of South Africa with registration number: 1998/014669/06 and its Affiliates;

  • Each of EOH and EGI has been and will be solvent at all times prior to and immediately following the transfer of the Management Business to the Operating Partnership.

  • Each of EOH and EGI acknowledges its understanding that the offering and sale of the Units to be acquired pursuant to the Contribution Agreement are intended to be exempt from registration under the Act.

  • In addition, EOH and EGI hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operating Partnership from and against any and all Losses asserted against, imposed upon or incurred by the Operating Partnership as a result of its ownership or operation of the Management Business but only to the extent that such Losses are attributable to the period prior to the Closing Date.

  • Takaful means a scheme based on brotherhood, solidarity and mutual assistance which provides for mutual financial aid and assistance to the Takaful Participants in case of need whereby the Takaful Participants mutually agree to contribute for that purpose.
