ENVY definition

ENVY means Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
ENVY means “fervent, to boil with envy, to be jealous.

  • Vermont Yankee shall thereafter negotiate in good faith with the ENVY for release of said Sub-Entitlements from the PPA and shall maintain close coordination with the Purchaser and other affected Purchasers to assure that the terms of such release are acceptable.
