Environmentally Clean definition
Environmentally Clean means that each of the Landlord’s representations and warranties contained in Section 5.1(b) through 5.1(k) hereof are true and correct (without regard to any knowledge qualifiers contained therein).
Examples of Environmentally Clean in a sentence
Landlord hereby represents and covenants that as of the Commencement Date and the Full Rent Commencement Date of this Lease, to the best of its knowledge, there are and will be no Hazardous Materials located on the Improvements constructed by Landlord on the Premises and that such Improvements constructed by Landlord on the Premises are and will be in compliance with all environmental laws (“Full Rent Commencement Date Environmentally Clean Condition”).
