Environmental Products definition

Environmental Products means products that have been produced for the purpose of environmental protection and resource management;
Environmental Products means any product, right, offset, credit, rebate, permit, incentive or similar which may be created from the production or sale of electricity, which has the aim of reducing, avoiding or offsetting carbon emissions, whether existing under a statutory or voluntary scheme and whether tradeable or not, and (for clarity) includes but is not limited to STC's and LGC’s.
Environmental Products means GACs, GECs and RECs, Existing Green Power Rights and New Green Power Rights.

Environmental Products means emissions credits, renewable energy credits, green tags and other environmental products.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Hazardous Substances means any hazardous waste, hazardous substance, pollutant, contaminant, toxic substance, oil, hazardous material, chemical or other substance regulated by any Environmental Law.

  • Environmental Proceedings means any judicial or administrative proceedings arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement.

  • Environmental Hazard means any substance the presence, use, transport, abandonment or disposal of which (i) requires investigation, remediation, compensation, fine or penalty under any Applicable Law (including, without limitation, the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act, Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act, Resource Conservation Recovery Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act and provisions with similar purposes in applicable foreign, state and local jurisdictions) or (ii) poses risks to human health, safety or the environment (including, without limitation, indoor, outdoor or orbital space environments) and is regulated under any Applicable Law.

  • Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.

  • Material Environmental Liabilities means Environmental Liabilities exceeding $500,000 in the aggregate.
