Environmental Process definition

Environmental Process means the procedures and actions required to address federal and/or state requirements relating to environmental regulation. For federal aid projects, this means the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process. For state-funded projects which are within the sole jurisdiction of state environmental laws and regulation, this means the Georgia Environmental Policy Act (GEPA).
