If the Minister determines that taking into account the implementation of certain mitigation measures, the Project is not likely to cause any significant adverse environmental effects, the Minister shall complete Annex la - Environmental Mitigation Measures and the Recipient agrees to implement, at its own expense, the mitigation measures set out in Annex la - Environmental Mitigation Measures.
Annex la – Environmental Mitigation Measures: this annex summarizes the current status of the Project under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act and if necessary the mitigation measures identified for the Project which the Recipient will have to implement, as a condition of the Contribution.
