Environmental Maintenance definition

Environmental Maintenance means those activities required to evolve software and systems to maintain compliance with agreed technology roadmaps. Equipment means the computer and telecommunications equipment (without regard to the entity owning or leasing such equipment) used by HPES to provide the Services. Equipment includes the following: (1) computer equipment, including associated attachments, features, accessories, peripheral devices and other computer equipment; (2) telecommunications equipment, including private branch exchanges, multiplexors, modems, CSUs/DSUs, hubs, bridges, routers, switches and other telecommunications equipment; and (3) related services (e.g., maintenance and support services, upgrades, subscription services) provided by third parties (e.g., manufacturer and lessor) in the same contract covering the provision of such Equipment.

  • Sublessees shall be required to use Preferred Environmental Maintenance & Service Providers in the manner and scope as approved by Lessee and the Administration in maintaining the Leased Premises including Sublessee’s Premises.

  • As the scope of this potential joint contract would include street cleansing, a function which is currently provided by Serco, there will be a need to review the impact of removing this element of work from the Council’s Environmental Maintenance Contract, so that should there be any increased cost arising from the removal of this element of work, then the costs will be taken into account and allowed for before any joint contract savings are shared across the participating authorities.

  • Sublessees shall be required to use Preferred Environmental Maintenance & Service Providers in the manner and scope as approved by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Administration in maintaining the Leased Premises including Sublessee’s Premises.

Related to Environmental Maintenance

  • Environmental Compliance means action performed during or after Operations to comply with the requirements of all Environmental Laws or contractual commitments related to reclamation of the Properties or other compliance with Environmental Laws.

  • Environmental Matter means any past, present or future activity, event or circumstance in respect of the environment, health or safety including the Release of any Hazardous Substance including any substance which is hazardous to Persons, animals, plants, or which has a detrimental effect on the soil, air or water, or the generation, treatment, storage, use, manufacture, holding, collection, processing, treatment, presence, transportation or disposal of any Hazardous Substances.

  • Environmental Matters means any matter arising out of or relating to health and safety, or pollution or protection of the environment or workplace, including any of the foregoing relating to the presence, use, production, generation, handling, transport, treatment, storage, disposal, distribution, discharge, release, control or cleanup of any Hazardous Substance.

  • Environmental requirements means requirements imposed by applicable Federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, including, without limitation, statutes, ordinances, regulations, court orders, consent decrees, administrative orders, or compliance agreements including the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order, consent orders, permits, and licenses; and

  • Environmental Conditions means the presence in the environment, including the soil, groundwater, surface water or ambient air, of any Hazardous Material at a level which exceeds any applicable standard or threshold under any Environmental Law or otherwise requires investigation or remediation (including, without limitation, investigation, study, health or risk assessment, monitoring, removal, treatment or transport) under any applicable Environmental Laws.
