Environmental interpretation definition
Environmental interpretation means the provision of serv- ices, materials, publications and/or facilities, including environmen- tal learning centers (ELCs), for other than basic access to parks and individual camping, picnicking, and boating in parks, that enhance public understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of the state's natu- ral and cultural heritage through agency directed or self-learning ac- tivities.
