Environmental Impact Study (EIS) definition

Environmental Impact Study (EIS) means a report prepared to address the potential impacts of development or interference on natural features and ecological functions. There are three types:
Environmental Impact Study (EIS) means a study prepared in accordance with established procedures, as outlined in the relevant sections of the County of Hastings Official Plan.
