Environmental Contract definition

Environmental Contract means the environmental provisions contained in any agreement executed by any member of the BP Group or the Innovene Group in relation to the Innovene Group Businesses prior to the Completion Date that applies to Contamination, Bayer Landfill, Sarralbe Ponds and Off-Site Waste Disposal;
Environmental Contract means the contract which must be signed by a Member, his builder and the Association prior to commencement of any type of building work on any erf and annexed hereto marked "B".
