Enviroment means the enviroment generally including all of its physical and ecological aspects including, without limitation, air (including, without limitation, that within buildlings or natural or man-made structures above or below ground); water (including, without limitation, the open sea, coastal orinland waters and ground waters, drains and sewers); and land, (including, without limitation, the seabed or river bed under any water as described above, surface land and sub-▇▇▇▇▇▇ land);
