ENVIROMART. COM, INC." shall mean ENVIROMART.COM, INC., a pri▇▇▇▇▇▇ held New Hampshire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. c. "GEC Common Stock" shall mean the $.001 par value common stock of General Environmental Corporation. d. "Selling Shareholders" shall mean the individual shareholders of ENVIROMART.COM, INC. fully set forth in Exhibit A. e. "E▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇" shall mean the closing date. f. "Reorganization Agreement" shall mean this Reorganization Agreement. g. "Closing Date" shall mean the date of execution of this Reorganization Agreement and satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Article X, hereof.
