Enumerated Person definition

Enumerated Person means (i) any member of the KRS Board of Trustees as of the date hereof and as set forth on the following webpage: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/governance/Trustees/Pages/Directors.aspx, and (ii) any person who is a staff member or employee of the Investor who actively participated in discussions relating to Investor’s investment in the Partnership.

Examples of Enumerated Person in a sentence
