The Entry Signs may include identity signage for the 157 Acre Site and shall in all cases include identity signage for the Project with the design thereof reasonably approved in good faith by the Authority / City.
The Entry Monuments and Entry Signs will be developed in accordance with Section 6 of the 2022 Specific Plan and may incorporate hardscape, landscape or other aesthetic features.
