Entry Point MDQ definition

Entry Point MDQ means, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the maximum quantity of Gas (measured in MMBtu) that Transporter is obligated to accept on behalf of Shipper at the Entry Point on any Day. The Entry Point MDQ shall be set forth in relevant Transaction.
Entry Point MDQ means, in respect of a GTA, the maximum quantity of Gas, measured in MMBtu, that Transporter is obligated (subject to the terms of the GTA) to accept on behalf of or from Shipper at the relevant Entry Point on a Day under the GTA, as the same is specified in such GTA.
Entry Point MDQ means, in respect of a CT Agreement and relevant Entry Point, the maximum quantity of Gas, in MMBTU, which, in respect of GTA, the Transporter is obliged to accept from Shipper at that Entry Point on a Day. The CT Entry Point MDQ shall be set forth in the CT Agreement. It is clarified that the CT Entry Point MDQ shall not include balancing quantities.

Related to Entry Point MDQ

  • Entry Point means a location in the water system after treatment or chemical addition, if any, but prior to the distribution system. A sample collected in the distribution system may be con- sidered an entry point sample if the department has determined it is more representative of the water sources.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.
