Entry Content definition

Entry Content means your entry submitted or proposed to be submitted to a competition and all property and material included that forms part of your entry including all photographs, images, words, concepts or ideas.
Entry Content means all Content used, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in describing, drafting, developing, devising, calibrating, testing, evaluating, analyzing or generating an Entry, or which itself constitutes the whole or part of an Entry.

  • Winner hereby waives in favor of the Contest Administrator, all rights of “Droit Moral” or “Moral Rights of Authors” or any similar rights or principles of law that Winner may now or later have to their Entry Content.

  • The Contest Administrator reserves the right to alter, change or modify the winning Entry Content, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • If your entry requires you to provide any photos, images or creative content, you must own all copyright in any material that forms part of the Entry Content, including but not limited to the images, words, ideas and concepts.

  • Failure of any Photo entry to comply with the above "Photo Entry Requirements" and "Photo Entry Content Restrictions," as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of entrant.

  • If a person is a minor, the express consent of the minor’s parent or guardian must be obtained before being included in any Entry Content (and if the minor is over 13, the minor's express consent must also be obtained).

  • We have no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage your Entry Content may cause to you or other people.

  • By entering any of our competitions, displaying, publishing, or otherwise posting any Entry Content on or through our website or any other forum in which we make entry to our competitions available, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide license to use, adapt, publicly display, sublicense, modify, create derivative works and distribute such Entry Content without the requirement to make payment to you or any third party or the need to seek any third party permission.

  • Entrants acknowledge that all Entry Content may be posted on Facebook, and must be in accordance with Facebook terms (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php).

Related to Entry Content

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Adult motion picture theater means a commercial establishment where, for any form of consideration, films, motion pictures, video cassettes, slides, or similar photographic reproductions are regularly shown which are characterized by the depiction or description of "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas."

  • Distribution Network means a 'distribution network' as defined in Special Condition E2A of the Transporter's Licence held by each DN Operator;

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.
