Entrust Software definition

Entrust Software means software products owned or licensed by Entrust to which Entrust grants Customer access as part of the IFI as a Service, including Documentation and any program updates provided as part of the IFI as a Service.
Entrust Software means the Entrust proprietary software detailed in the Order, as well as any Entrust software installed on the Entrust Hardware, and related Documentation, including any updates, new versions, or replacement versions Entrust provides to Evaluator, as applicable.

Examples of Entrust Software in a sentence

  • Entrust or its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the IFI as a Service, including Entrust Software, and derivative works thereof, and to anything developed or delivered by or on behalf of Entrust under this Agreement.

  • Unless an agreement governing support services has been signed between Customer and Entrust, Software and Hardware support, if purchased by Customer, is provided pursuant to support terms available on the Internet at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/agreements/esupport.pdf.

  • In the event that Customer elects to obtain Maintenance and Support Services for only a portion of the Entrust Software licensed by Customer in the fifth (5) year after original purchase and thereafter, the Maintenance and Support Service fees for a Renewal Term will be calculated based on the then-current list price of each Entrust software product, adjusted for any volume discounts, multiplied by the applicable then-current support percentage fee.
