Entrust Datacard Group definition

Entrust Datacard Group means collectively Entrust Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, its licensors, its Resellers, its suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors of any of them. “Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates” means collectively, Entrust Datacard Corporation and its Affiliates, where “Affiliates” means a person or entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party hereto (with "control" meaning ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the entity or, in the case of a non-corporate entity, an equivalent interest).

  • Information Recipient has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Customer Confidential Information means any information or compilation of information, not generally known, which is provided to the Employer by its customers or potential customers, is proprietary to the customer or potential customer and relates to the customer’s or potential customer’s existing or reasonably foreseeable business.   • Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • PCI means payment card information including any data related to credit card holders’ names, credit card numbers, or the other credit card information as may be protected by state or federal law.

  • Information Recipients has the meaning stated in Section 4.9(a).

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Services Provider means a provider of telecommunications services or other services similar to the Services, including O2 or an O2 Affiliate or any direct or indirect supplier of O2 or an O2 Affiliate;

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
