Entrust Datacard Group definition
Entrust Datacard Group means collectively Entrust Holdings, Inc., its subsidiaries, its licensors, its Resellers, its suppliers, and the directors, officers, employees, agents and independent contractors of any of them. “Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates” means collectively, Entrust Datacard Corporation and its Affiliates, where “Affiliates” means a person or entity that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party hereto (with "control" meaning ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the entity or, in the case of a non-corporate entity, an equivalent interest).

All amounts due under this Agreement to Entrust Datacard must be paid to the invoicing member of the Entrust Datacard Group.
You are aware and provide Your consent that Entrust Datacard will process and/or transfer the Certificate Information in the United States and/or Canada and in any other jurisdictions where the Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates maintains a presence.
You expressly acknowledge that each Application Software Vendor and each member of the Entrust Datacard Group and Entrust Datacard Group Affiliates are express third party beneficiaries, and may enforce this Agreement against Enterprise and rely on all terms of this Agreement.
