ENTREPORT COURSE CONTENT definition

ENTREPORT COURSE CONTENT means all educational materials and learning components created by EntrePort Corporation, prior to the Effective Date, or created by EntrePort and included in the Courses pursuant to this Agreement, and licensed to PREA hereunder.

Related to ENTREPORT COURSE CONTENT

  • Course Materials means any Education content provided to Client in any media pursuant to a Schedule, including without limitation, all publications, courseware, training manuals and materials, user guides, web portals, or virtual labs provided by ConnectWise or a ConnectWise subcontractor.

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) means a Practical Nurse who has completed a certificate program and passed the practical nurse licensure exam as required by the WY State Board of Nursing.

  • Extra Expense means expense or cost incurred (1) to continue the conduct of the Assured’s business,
