If the Entrance Date is a date other than the first day of the month, or if the date this Agreement terminates is a date other than the last day of the month, the Monthly Service Fee due for the first or last month under this Agreement shall be reduced pro rata.
In no event will the Entrance Date be more than sixty (60) days from the execution of this Agreement, unless such other date is mutually accepted by both parties.
Ninety percent (90%) of the Entrance Fee, less any interest credited, shall be paid by Resident to Community no later than the Resident’s Entrance Date.

If the Residence is available for use on the Entrance Date, the Resident’s failure to move into the Residence on the Entrance Date shall, at the option of the Community, be deemed a termination of this Agreement by the Resident under Section 6.2(A), unless Resident and Community mutually agree to an extension of the Entrance Date.
Following the Relevant Entrance Date, the Investment Manager shall issue documen- tation for the issuance or transfer of Class A Shares to the Investor in accordance with the above.
Beginning with the Tenant Entrance Date and the commencement of the first Lease Year, as applicable, Tenant shall pay, without demand, annual rent as set forth in Section 1.5(b) hereof payable monthly in advance on or before the first day of each month during the term of this Lease in installments as set forth in said Section.
