Entity or Entities Means a governmental body, agency, unit or division (including those categories described in the definition of DIR Customer), corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, association, or other organization or entity.
If GP LLC and AAP, on behalf of the applicable PAGP Entity or Entities, are unable to resolve any such dispute within thirty days, or such additional time as may be reasonable under the circumstances, unless the Parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution process, the dispute shall be referred to the applicable Conflicts Committees of PAA and PAGP for resolution.
Upon request from the applicable Billing Agent, EPCO shall furnish in reasonable detail a description of the EPCO Services performed for the corresponding Partnership Entity or Entities during any month or other relevant period.

The Parties agree that the applicable Audit and Conflicts Committee shall have the authority to settle any such dispute, in its sole discretion, recognizing that it is the intent of all Parties that all shared expenses or services be allocated among the EPCO Group and the applicable Partnership Entity or Entities on a fair and reasonable basis.
If there is a Change of Control of Customer, then the provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to all Customer Accounts of Customer and its Affiliates immediately prior to such Change of Control, but shall not apply to any Customer Accounts of the Entity or Entities that Acquire Control of Customer which were not subject to this Agreement prior to such Change of Control.
And the Service Provider will fully cooperate in any disentanglement efforts any Subscribing Entity reasonably requests at no cost to the requesting Subscribing Entity or Entities.
I hereby authorize the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company), during and after the termination of my employment with any Ekso Bionics Entity, to notify third parties, including, but not limited to, actual or potential customers or employers, of the terms of this Agreement and my responsibilities hereunder.
Upon termination of my employment with an Ekso Bionics Entity, I will promptly deliver to the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company) all documents and materials of any nature pertaining to my work with all Ekso Bionics Entities, and I will not take with me or retain in any form any documents or materials or copies containing any Proprietary Information.
I will not use or disclose any Proprietary Information without the prior written consent of the Company (or such other Ekso Bionics Entity or Entities as may be designated by the Company) in each instance, except as may be necessary to perform my duties as an employee of an Ekso Bionics Entity for the benefit of any Ekso Bionics Entity.
