Entity Division definition

Entity Division means (i) the statutory division of any LLC into two or more LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or (ii) the statutory division of any LP into two or more LPs pursuant to Section 17-220 of the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.
