Adverse Action Subclass Additional Fixed Benefit definition
Adverse Action Subclass Additional Fixed Benefit means a fixed net sum of $1,000.00 that is paid to each of the Adverse Action Subclass members in addition to their proportionate share of the other Settlement Benefits paid to all members of the larger Notice subclass.
