Entitlement Ratio means with respect to any Stockholder, the ratio, expressed as a fraction, equal to the number of Common Stock Equivalents of Shares held by such Stockholder immediately prior to the Effective Time divided by all Common Stock Equivalents of Shares held by all Stockholders immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Entitlement Ratio. 100/100 "Addressable Device" is a unit of measure by which the Supporting Program can be licensed. An Addressable Device is a device upon which an application is installed that is addressable by the Supporting Program. Each application installation that is addressable by the Supporting Program counts as a separate Addressable Device.
