Entitlement List definition

Entitlement List means a list of employee Entitlements, both gross and net of tax, arising as a result of, and as at the date of the occurrence of a Trigger Event which is to be prepared by KBAus and submitted to the Trustee for payment.

Examples of Entitlement List in a sentence

  • KBAus shall ensure that the value of the Fund is maintained at a level which is $50,000 greater than the Quarterly Entitlement List, provided by KBAus under Clause 15.3.
