Entire Building definition

Entire Building means the portion of the building for which the owner possesses title.
Entire Building means new construction that is: (A) Detached from existing buildings located on the same site; (B) attached to, but structurally self-reliant from, existing buildings located on the same site; or (C) attached to, but located horizontally adjacent to, existing buildings located on the same site;
Entire Building means a building for which the owner possesses title.

  • In the event that at any time during the Term the Tenant Parties shall lease and occupy less than the Entire Building, then Tenant shall cause the operator of the Café Premises to operate the café in a first class quality manner offering a varied and extensive selection of good quality, reasonably priced, breakfast and lunch items and for no other purpose.

Related to Entire Building

  • Parking Structure means a wholly or partly enclosed structure for temporary parking and protection of one or more motor vehicles which are otherwise in active use and which, when accessory to a single family residential building, includes an attached or detached carport or garage or a dedicated space within the principal building;

Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
