  • Additional Concurrent Runtime Subscriptions for Runtime Creators may be purchased under Team Tier by paying the applicable fees or upgrading to the Enterprise Tier.

  • National brand name desktop PCs, notebooks and laptops from Enterprise Tier and Middle Tier Contractors that are business related computers, manufactured by companies, such as, Apple, COMPAQ, Dell, Gateway, Hewlett Packard, IBM / Lenovo and Toshiba.

  • Operational Spend The sum of the aggregate Commitment-Eligible Fees under all participants in the Enterprise Tier Discount Scheme with active Call-Off Contracts under the OGVA during the applicable period.

  • Change management support is available in an Essential Tier (included), an Advanced Tier (optional) and an Enterprise Tier (optional).
