Enterprise Client definition

Enterprise Client means a Client whose profile displays the following “Enterprise” badge:
Enterprise Client means a large business or company considered as a customer, especially with regard to enterprise level technology that is centrally managed for their IT infrastructure.

Examples of Enterprise Client in a sentence

  • Upwork Business and Enterprise Clients are charged the rate(s) provided in the applicable Business or Enterprise Client contract and are not charged a separate Payment Processing Fee, unless otherwise provided in the applicable Enterprise Client contract.

  • The Conversion Fee may be calculated differently for Upwork Relationships when the Client is an Enterprise Client if the Enterprise Client contract with Upwork provides for different terms.

  • Client Contracts If you are a Freelancer with a Service Contract entered into with an Enterprise Client, the Service Fee rate is 10% of the Freelancer Fees, unless otherwise provided in the Enterprise Client contract.

  • Users licensed for Exchange Server 2013 Standard Client Access License may access the Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise Client Access License features necessary to support use of Exchange Online Archiving for Exchange Server.

  • The provisions of this Section 7.2 apply to any interaction between Users where the Client has a Basic, Plus, or Marketplace Account, and do not apply to any interaction between Users where the Client is an Enterprise Client.

  • CONTRACTSIf you are a Freelancer with a Service Contract entered into with an Enterprise Client, the Service Fee rate is 10% of the Freelancer Fees, unless otherwise provided in the Enterprise Client contract.

  • If the Licensed Software You have licensed includes NetBackup Enterprise Client it may be possible to run and operate more than one (1) single instance of such Licensed Software on the Server or Client on which the Licensed Software is installed and licensed.

Related to Enterprise Client
