Ensuing Project definition

Ensuing Project means the prospective financing operations for which the PDA Loan is provided, as described in the PDA Loan Agreement;
Ensuing Project means the prospective urban infrastructure development project for the State to be financed by ADB, as further described in Schedule 1;

Examples of Ensuing Project in a sentence

  • Except as ADB and the Borrower shall otherwise agree, the aggregate principal amount of project design advances for a single Ensuing Project shall not exceed the equivalent of ten million US dollars ($10,000,000) or 4% of the estimated amount of ADB’s financial assistance for the Ensuing Project, whichever is higher.

  • Neither this Agreement nor the provision of any PDA Loan constitutes or implies a commitment or legal obligation on the part of ADB to provide financial assistance to the Borrower for any Ensuing Project.

  • In the event that ADB does not finance the Ensuing Project, ADB shall notify the Recipient of the PDA Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations.

  • Except as ADB and the Recipient shall otherwise agree, the aggregate principal amount of project design advances for a single Ensuing Project shall not exceed the equivalent of ten million US dollars ($10,000,000) or 4% of the estimated amount of ADB’s financial assistance for the Ensuing Project, whichever is higher.

  • Neither this Agreement nor the provision of any PDA Grant constitutes or implies a commitment or legal obligation on the part of ADB to provide financial assistance to the Recipient for any Ensuing Project.
