Enrollment Kit definition

Enrollment Kit means a kit provided by Program Manager or Bank, to be delivered to Customer (unless Customer selects a Companion Card), for provision to Participating Students, consisting of any or all of the following, as applicable: (i) a Companion Card; (ii) an Integrated Card; (iii) Money Network Checks; (iv) the Terms and Conditions; and (v) and other applicable Program Solutions information or materials as determined by Program Manager.

  • Upon cancellation of an Affiliate’s Agreement, the Affiliate may return their initial Enrollment Kit, and/or products that they personally purchased from Tori Belle Cosmetics (purchases from other Affiliates or third parties are not subject to refund) that are in resellable condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
