Enrolled Account definition

Enrolled Account refers to a checking, savings, fixed deposit, or loan account, with any SBA branch, which is maintained under the name of the Accountholder, and is enrolled in the Facility.
Enrolled Account means the credit card account noted on the Certificate of Enrollment, and any other account that replaces the Enrolled Account, such as for fraud, a lost or stolen credit card, conversion, or for security reasons.

Examples of Enrolled Account in a sentence

  • Before submitting the checkbook reorder, the Accountholder shall ensure that the source Enrolled Account has sufficient funds to cover the amount of the checkbook reorder fee; otherwise, SBA has the right not to execute the checkbook reorder.

  • The Accountholder can use any Enrolled Account as a source account for the time deposit placement.

  • Before submitting the Manager’s Check (MC) order, the Accountholder shall ensure that the source Enrolled Account has sufficient funds to cover the amounts of the MC and the MC order fee; otherwise, SBA shall not execute the MC order.

  • The Accountholder may use the selected source Enrolled Account or a different account as the settlement account where the time deposit’s principal amount and interest earned, if any, will be credited.

  • Points are earned only when they have appeared on the monthly account statement for the associated Enrolled Account.

  • Points will be forfeited and enrollment terminated if any Enrolled Account is charged-off.

  • Express shipping for rewards may be available upon request and related charges will be billed to your Enrolled Account.

  • Transactions made with your Enrolled Account are aggregated to determine the amount of Points credited to your account each calendar month, starting with the month of enrollment.

  • PIN based transactions on your Enrolled Account are not eligible to earn points.

  • TSYS Loyalty operates as an independent contractor and is not affiliated with the financial institution that issues your Enrolled Account.
