ENR Index definition

ENR Index means the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index for the Los Angeles Area, or such substitute index upon which the parties may reasonably agree if such index is no longer published or otherwise available.
ENR Index means the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index for San Francisco.
ENR Index means the "20 cities" construction cost index published by Engineering News Record magazine,, a national publication of the construction industry.

ENR Index means the Engineering News Record (ENR) Construction Cost Index for the Los Angeles Area, or, in the event such index is no longer published or otherwise available, such substitute index that is generally recognized and authoritative shall be substituted by the Chief Real Estate Officer.
ENR Index means the monthly index to be used for escalating a cost or expen- diture as set forth in the Engineering and News Record “20 Cities” construction cost index. If the date for a payment, deposit or other amount to be determined based on the ENR Index occurs on a date other than the first day of a month, the escalation during the month in which the date occurs shall be prorated to the date in question based on the ENR Index for the preceding month.
ENR Index means, as of any date, the Construction Cost Index value published by the Engineering News Record for the Los Angeles Area.
ENR Index means the Construction Cost Index for San Francisco, as published from time to time by the Engineering News Record.
