ENP definition

ENP means Encore Energy Partners LP, a publicly traded Delaware limited partnership.
ENP shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.

  • ENP providers shall ensure that information about, or obtained from a participant’s records, shall be maintained in a confidential manner.
