An appealed position will be submitted to the Job Evaluation Review Panel which will be comprised of three (3) members from the Union and appointed by the Union and three (3) members from Management appointed by ENMAX.
Where both adoptive parents are employees of ENMAX, they may share the adoption leave, with the total leave not to exceed fifteen (15) weeks.
