Enhanced Yield definition

Enhanced Yield means the amount of Carrying Costs calculated pursuant to such definition, provided, however, that the dollar amounts described in (i)(a) of the definition of Carrying Costs shall be limited to 7.05% of the Purchased Interest and the dollar amount described in (i)(c) of the definition of Carrying Costs shall be limited to 7.00% of the Net Investment funded to the extent of Related Commercial Paper; provided, further, that the Adjusted LIBOR Rate or the Base Rate, as applicable and each as described in the last paragraph of the definition of carrying costs shall be limited to 7.05% of the Net Investment. All such limitations shall only be applicable when used in relation to this definition. Upon the occurrence and continuance of an Insurance Provider Default, there shall be no limit on the Enhanced Yield.
Enhanced Yield. For any Collection Period the lesser of (i) the Accrued Interest for such Collection Period and (ii) the sum of the Interest for each day during such Collection Period calculated assuming that the applicable Interest Rate for each such day is 5% per annum; provided, that upon the occurrence and continuance of a default by the Surety Bond Provider under the Surety Bond, the Enhanced Yield shall equal the Accrued Interest for such Collection Period.
Enhanced Yield means, with respect to any Collection Period, the sum of [***].
