Enhanced Technology definition

Enhanced Technology means (a) any Licensed Technology that is an improvement, enhancement or add-on to any technology owned or developed (whether before or after the date hereof) by a Third Party (such Licensed Technology being referred to as the "OWNED ENHANCED TECHNOLOGY") and (b) the technology so owned or developed by such Third Party (the "THIRD PARTY TECHNOLOGY") to the extent of any Licensor's rights and interests therein or in respect thereof (the "THIRD PARTY LICENSE").
Enhanced Technology means new information technologies, business processes, shared service strategies and emerging trends that may have interest or applicability to COC and/or that reasonably could be expected to have a positive impact on COC, including in the areas of increased efficiency, increased quality and/or reduced costs.
Enhanced Technology means any speech recognition product VCS currently makes, or in the future will make, available to customers who have Basic Technology to provide additional capabilities such as PowerBundle, speaker-dependent, word spotting, alpha-numeric, digit verification, and high density continuous.

Examples of Enhanced Technology in a sentence

  • At a minimum, at least once annually, or more frequently as requested by Symetra, ACS shall meet with the IT Outsourcing Committee and provide a written report to the IT Outsourcing Committee that identifies any Enhanced Technology that ACS and its principal Subcontractors are developing and IT trends of which Symetra should be made aware.

  • Specifically, under 1.2: Enhanced Technology Development, Dissemination, Management and Innovation, we will have technologies under both Phase I and II.
